INT. KLÓI'S WORKSHOP – THE JAR
Klói stands behind his table. In front of him, a big glass jar: coins, a few washers, a button, one brass gear. The label, in his hand: FOR PARTS.
His claws shake a little. They always do.
KLÓI: Morning. That's the jar. It's for parts.
KLÓI: A coin in the jar, and I can keep making things. Useful things... mostly.
On the wall, a brass letterbox. On the pegboard, three paper tags.
In plain words
TIDEFLAT is an independent series in development. A coin in the jar is a tip for this site, and keeps it going: more places to get lost in, and more of the story. It is not a charitable donation.
A tip comes with no reward, no share in the series and no promise that the series gets made.
Paying finishes on a secure payment page in a new tab, which names who receives it.
You choose once or every month. A monthly coin repeats until you stop it: STOP A MONTHLY COIN, on the jar's paper, opens the page for that.
LETTERS will take your email address for occasional letters about TIDEFLAT, and nothing else. The letters start soon: nothing is sent yet.
ELSEWHERE lists TIDEFLAT on other sites, and the novel the series is based on.
